HISTORY OF PROGRESSIVE AIR & MECHANICAL
John M. Falana, Jr. founded Progressive Air & Mechanical, Inc. in 2011.
President & Founder - John is involved in all aspects of the company including project management and estimating. John has worked in the HVAC industry since 1980, starting as a ductwork installation helper. Prior to starting Progressive Air & Mechanical, Inc. he has held such positions as Installation Mechanic, Field Supervisor, Service Technician, Service Manager, Senior Project Manager, HVAC Products Sales Engineer and Chief Estimator.
John graduated from Wolfson Senior High School and Southside Skills Center HVAC Training Course in 1979. He attended Florida Junior College in conjunction with NE Florida Builders Associations 4 year HVAC apprenticeship program and graduated in 1984.
John enjoys spending his free time outdoors with activities such as fishing, surfing, and hunting.
Vice President - With over 20 years of experience in the accounting functions of the HVAC industry, Kim ensures all book-keeping and project administration is to the highest standard.
Service Manager – Carey oversees all aspects of Progressive’s residential and commercial service operations. She brings exceptional work ethic and strong communication skills to every customer interaction, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Carey is dedicated to making sure every customer is fully satisfied with the service provided by the technicians of Progressive Air & Mechanical, Inc.
